Hancock County adds apartment neighborhood

Quality growth in Hancock County continues with the addition of a Redwood Apartment Neighborhood in Greenfield.

Redwood Greenfield is located at 2982 Red Spruce Drive–south of CR 300N and west of Franklin Street on the city’s north side. Beautiful Beckenholdt Park spans just east of the neighborhood.

Upon completion, Redwood Greenfield will include 132 apartment homes ranging from 1,294 to 1,709 square feet. The timing couldn’t be better, with Hancock County being the fastest growing county in Indiana, adding nearly 3,050 residents last year–a 3.7% increase.

Redwood Apartment Neighborhoods has developed over 18,000 apartment homes and currently manages 150 neighborhoods across the Midwest and Carolinas. This year marks Redwood’s tenth anniversary managing and developing neighborhoods in Indiana.
