Last month, the Indiana Business Research Center at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business reported Hancock County was the fastest growing county in Indiana in 2023. After looking at recent residential construction data, it's easy to see why--with thousands of homes underway over the past few years and hundreds more planned for the future.
