Zurbuch Construction Consulting Joins Hancock Economic Development Council

The Hancock Economic Development Council (HEDC) is pleased to welcome Zurbuch Construction Consulting as its newest member.

Based in Indianapolis and led by Principal Mary Zurbuch, the firm provides owner’s representation and construction consulting services, including program management, project management, site inspection, and development program oversight. Zurbuch Construction Consulting partners with owners and stakeholders to guide projects from early planning through construction, with a focus on aligning scope, budget, schedule, and quality.

Founded in 2003, the firm brings decades of experience in real estate development, construction management, and infrastructure projects. Its work spans a range of project types, including industrial developments similar to those frequently supported by the HEDC.

Zurbuch’s experience also includes long-term involvement in public-sector development efforts, including serving on the Hancock County Redevelopment Commission and providing owner's technical rep services for the new Hancock County Sheriff's Support Services Building, as well as work in utility infrastructure and site development. This background supports the firm’s ability to help communities and organizations navigate the complexities of growth, site selection, and project delivery.
