"People often think Downtown Greenfield isn't walkable," said Condra. “With State Road 9 and US 40 running through downtown and all the big truck traffic, it's easy to see why people might hold that belief. But the City's efforts adding crosswalks with HAWK signals have made a big difference, making it much safer for pedestrians to cross State Road 9 and Main Street.”
