New face joins HEDC board

The Hancock Economic Development Council welcomes real estate professional and entrepreneur Hart Summeier to its Board of Directors as the newly appointed representative from the MIBOR REALTOR® Association.

MIBOR is the professional association representing central Indiana's REALTORS®.

Hart is Broker and Owner of Greenfield-based Level Up Real Estate Group and brings experience steeped in community service and development. He is a U.S. Navy Veteran; President-Elect of the Rotary Club of Greenfield, Indiana; and President of the Fortville Economic Development Commission. He has also served on the Fortville Redevelopment Commission. Additionally, he is President of the Hancock County Veterans' Park.

Housing is a critical component of economic development, making MIBOR an invaluable partner to the HEDC. The HEDC looks forward to working with Hart and benefiting from the expertise forged by his impressive background.
