Greenwalt Development is pleased to announce Starbucks Corporation has signed a lease for a new 2,540 square foot facility to be constructed at 1474 North State Street, Greenfield, IN 46140.
Blaze Construction plans to break ground the week of January 8, 2024, and project completion is scheduled for July of 2024.
