The Hancock County Small Business Leadership Series aims to enhance the leadership culture within the local business community. In collaboration with Conjunction Leadership, the Hancock County Chamber of Commerce is offering a series of ongoing and comprehensive leadership training experiences. This initiative is designed to empower you and your team to lead more effectively amidst the fast-paced changes in today's culture.

Insights Discovery for Personal Development

At the very start of the self-awareness journey is Insights Discovery. A psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung, Insights Discovery is built to help people understand themselves, understand others, and make the most of the relationships that affect them in the workplace.

The Insights Discovery methodology uses a simple and memorable four-color model to help people understand their style, their strengths and the value they bring to the team. We call these the color energies, and it's the unique mix of Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue energies, which determines how and why people behave the way they do.

Participants will be responsible for completing a 20-minute questionnaire before attending the workshop.

Self Leadership

To succeed in today’s competitive markets, it’s vital that every employee in your organization is empowered, proactive, and committed to achieving results. Self Leadership teaches individuals at all levels of your organization how to become empowered self leaders who accept responsibility and take initiative for their own success.

The Self Leadership program integrates the latest research on the proactive skills required for individuals to be most effective. Team members learn a shared language for discussing their development and performance, allowing them to have more effective conversations and build more trusting, open relationships with their managers.

Self Leadership teaches the mindset and skillset needed to become proactive self-starters who know how to ask for direction and support, solicit feedback, and sell their ideas to the leadership team.
