A new building spanning about 800,680 square feet in western Hancock County is ready for occupancy.
The property is in Air 70 Logistics Park, located at 4212 Owens Farm Court, at the northeast corner of County Roads 700W and 400N just east of Indianapolis.
The building is divisible to about 300,000 square feet and is ideal for distribution, light manufacturing and assembly.
Two more buildings are planned for Air 70 Logistics Park, which spans about 130 acres.
The location has excellent access to I-70 and I-465, and is close to a large, skilled labor pool.
The property is developed and owned by VanTrust and leased by Colliers.
