Hancock County Quality of Place Plan Open House

The Community Foundation of Hancock County and the Hancock Economic Development Council have partnered with HWC Engineering to develop a Quality of Place Plan. “Quality of place” refers to the elements of your community that make it feel like home, from multi-use trails to public art. Building off community feedback, the project team has outlined goals, objectives, and proposed projects to improve quality of place in Hancock County.
