Over the past five years, we have overseen the creation of almost 20 million square feet of industrial development. Most of these projects have centered on attracting new companies seeking relocation to our strategic location in Central Indiana.
With direct access to I-70, an extensive network of highways, railway connectivity, and the Indianapolis Regional Airport, coupled with a skilled and ever-expanding labor shed workforce of over 2 million in the nearby vicinity, rapid access to essential resources, and a remarkable 114 million individuals within a single day’s truck drive, the allure of Hancock County is evident to businesses far and wide.
