Participants who complete this course can expect to gain knowledge and learn skills useful in an industrial environment.Objectives: &nbsp\;Explain the operation and usage of motor control circuits including circuit protection\, full voltage starters\, soft starts\, and reversing startersDescribe the use of motor nameplates and motor torque curvesExplain the functionality and construction of single-phase and polyphase AC motors\, DC motors\, and servosDescribe the basic operation of VFDsList basic principles of troubleshooting AC motorsExplain the operating principles of a transformerInterpret a transformer nameplateDescribe the different ways a transformer can be wiredIntended Audience: Appropriate for all levels.
